Unapologetically You
A Neurodivergent Path to Confidence, Connection, and Fulfillment
A self-paced course for late-diagnosed or self-identified neurodivergent adults who are ready to stop trying to “fix” themselves—and start understanding how their brain actually works.
You’ve spent years wondering:
“Why does everything feel harder for me?”
“Why can everyone else seem to keep up?”
“Why do I burn out so fast?”
“Why do I feel like I’m too much… or not enough?”
Maybe you were told you were:
too sensitive...
too emotional...
too disorganized...
too intense...
or just… wrong somehow.
And somewhere along the way, you started believing it.
What if the problem was never you?
What if you’ve been trying to navigate a world that wasn’t built for your brain—without the tools, language, or support you actually needed?
Getting a diagnosis (or even just realizing you might be neurodivergent) can feel like:
- relief
- grief
- anger
- confusion
- validation
- and “what the hell do I do now?”
This course is your answer to that question.

ABOUT YOUR GUIDE
Hi, I’m Amber.
I’m a licensed therapist, clinical supervisor, and a late-diagnosed neurodivergent adult.
I created this course because I know firsthand:
- what it feels like to question everything about yourself
- the grief that comes with late diagnosis
- the anger, the relief, the confusion
- and how hard it is to find support that actually understands.
My work is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and rooted in helping people reconnect with themselves in a way that feels real—not performative.
You don’t need to be fixed.
You need to be understood, embrace your needs, and to give yourself permission to take up the space you deserve.
